High-SMAS Lifting

Indications: Pronounced signs of aging in the lower and mid-face. Technique: Deeper SMAS lift with additional impact on the mid-face area.

Advantages: Comprehensive rejuvenation, improvement of facial and cheek contours. 

WHAT PROBLEMS DOES THE OPERATION SOLVE? Sagging skin in the cheeks, cheekbones, and chin. Double chin and neck wrinkles. Drooping corners of the lips. Deep wrinkles and folds. Pronounced nasolabial folds. Loose skin in the neck area.

 ⁠Recovery:  Similar to SMAS lifting, but may require more time for recovery.


SMAS Lifting

  • Indications:  Sagging skin and muscles in the lower face and neck, deep wrinkles.
  • Technique: Lifting of the superficial muscular aponeurotic system (SMAS) through incisions in front of and behind the ears.
  •  ⁠Advantages: Significant improvement in facial and neck contours, long-lasting results.
  •  ⁠Recovery: From 3 to 6 weeks, with marked swelling and bruising.

Operation

The duration of the operation is two to three hours under general anesthesia.
